Our Madison satellite office and meeting location is situated just east of the State Capitol in the new Spaces Capitol East District location at 811 East Washington Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin. Located in the Gebhardt building, this location offers beautiful views of the State Capitol, without the hassle of parking on Capitol square. Two hour free street parking is available on South Livingston Street (adjacent to the building) and East Main Street and a brand new city owned parking ramp is located on the the block immediately behind the building on the corner of East Main and South Livingston Street.

As with our Eau Claire office, consultations at our Madison location are available by appointment only. Please contact us first to schedule your meeting, and we will be happy to meet with you at a mutually agreeable time. Below are directions and pictures to assist you in locating and parking at our Madison location.

The Gebhardt Building also houses the Sylvee Theatre (pictured below). Some free two hour street level parking is available on South Livingston and East Main Street.
The best entrance to the Gebhardt Building is through the walkway path between the Gebhardt Building and American Family Insurance Building next door. You can access this walkway between the buildings from East Main Street (pictured below)
A brand new City owned parking garage is located directly behind the building on East Main Street (pictured below). Parking is available in the ramp for $0.80/hour.
You can also find some free two hour street parking on East Main Street.
After parking, follow the walkway (pictured below) between the Gebhardt Building and the American Family Insurance Building to the entrance of the Gebhardt Building.
When you reach the front of the building near East Washington Avenue, you will see the Gebhardt Building sign at the main entrance.
Enter through the glass doors next to the Gebhardt Building sign and take the elevator to the Spaces reception desk on the 5th Floor.
Once you reach the 5th Floor follow the signs to Spaces reception desk in the lobby. Welcome, you have arrived! Please tell the receptionist you are there to meet with Attorney Thomas B. Burton and they will direct you from that point forward.
Once you have arrived we will meet in either an office or the conference room, and the receptionist will assist you in locating the room. We look forward to meeting with you!
