Service Description

Use this Service to Book Your Virtual Flat Fee LLC Formation Consultation online. This initial consult will be conducted via Zoom and not in person at Burton Law LLC. This consultation should only be booked only after filling out, completing and returning the LLC Formation Questionnaire according to the instructions found on this page: https://www.theburtonlawoffice.com/consultations There is a $250 flat fee to hold your appointment and reserve your consultation spot online. This fee will be applied against the Flat Fee LLC Formation package you choose, if you decide to retain us. If you do not decide to retain our firm under a flat fee agreement, then you will be charged hourly for the consultation time at our regular hourly rate of $250/hour with a one hour minimum for the information and advice given to you during the consultation. You can request our flat fee pricing on various LLC formation packages by sending an email to the office ahead of time. We look forward to working with you!

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please cancel at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid paying the flat fee due under the service you selected. You can reschedule your appointment if absolutely necessary (due to unforeseen circumstances or illness) within 24 hours of your appointment by notifying the office via email. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment or if it is an in person appointment or move it to a video or phone conference or reschedule at an alternate date. For cancellations made in advance of 24 hours, your flat fee payment may be returned to you at the discretion of the Attorney, less any online payment processing fees already incurred by Burton Law LLC. Please note the booking fee for our flat fee estate planning consultations is non-refundable and is a fee charged to reserve your time on our calendar.
